At HeartSafe EMS, we stand behind the quality of our products and services and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible physical products with no time limit from the date of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact info@heartsafe.ca with your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted with an unlimited return window

  • No restocking fees apply

  • There are no final sale items

Items should be returned in reasonable condition.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as HeartSafe EMS is not responsible for items lost in transit

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once your request is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Training, Services & HeartTrak

Training courses, certifications, inspections, digital products, and software services — including HeartTrak — are considered delivered once access is granted, a session is scheduled, or the service has begun.

HeartSafe EMS will review requests on a case-by-case basis and work with customers to provide a fair resolution where appropriate.
